Thanks Chris, for reminding me of Creative Camp.
It's true...we shouldn't forget our roots with this event. While it was small, the series of events were an early proving ground for me to see that all of this was worth it. They, even on a small scale, showed me that other people cared enough to share. I can think of 5 attendants of BlogPhiladelphia that were also attendants (or organizers) of the original CreativeCamp (there may be more, if so, i apologize).
There's lots on the feeling I came away from that event with here: http://www.dangerouslyawesome.com/2006/09/19/ph... that should echo a lot of the sentiments of what you felt coming away from this larger, more visible event.

It was a terrific event and very inspiring. I heard so much about Viddler from Bart, Roz, John Suder and a hundred others that I went out and signed up immediately. Two videos posted, one of BlogPhila. Viddler is great!

Hey Bro, Highlight of running the video interviews: Colin pimping the Viddler t-shirt on the Ziddio sponsored blogger interview. Can't wait to see that online! Make sure you and Rob make frequent trips back to Philly, we seem to have to much alcohol for just us. Dave
